What to expect at Gym for the Mind
Clients often contact me reporting feeling overwhelmed with worry, overthinking, feeling out of control of their emotions, often deflated and completely exhausted.
This is not long term therapy, this is not focusing on your past or dissecting unhappy memories. This is about you finding your solutions and gaining tools for life.
Your first session – Hit the brakes
After this first session you will have tangible tools to manage your anxiety and stress levels.
You will learn about how and why your thoughts are becoming out of control. Most importantly the tools to hit the brakes, regain clarity and take control of your overactive mind.
Your second session – Tune in
This session will challenge you to create new thought patterns. Start to turn a corner and explore how you want to feel moving forward.
Your third session – Your life as is
As a human we are able to look at our lives objectively and quite often we cannot see the wood for the trees. This session allows you to open your eyes and be truly honest and access your satisfaction in all areas of your life.
Your fourth session – Everything starts with a dream
Now this is my favourite session of all. Once the groundwork has been completed you can safely explore how you would like your future to look, feel and be.
Your fifth session – Set SMART goals to ensure if happens
